What if date of birth given to IMA is different from the date of birth present in adhaar card.? Difference in DOB will not matter. Aadhar will be used for identification only. But if DOB in aadhar is incorrect please get it corrected.
When can we expect claim form? Online claim applications can be submitted from 25.11.2020 up to 24.12.2020
Can i apply application online? Yes, it can be done using OTP based Adhaar authentication. Also, claimants will have to complete biometric based Adhaar authentication prior to claim settlement.
For the applicants staying outside Karnataka, is it possible for them to get the verification done at their nearby Adhaar centre in their own state? yes, online claim application can be filed from anywhere. For residents of karnataka, they have additional option to file at any of the service kiosks of the government viz., Bengaluru-one, Karnataka-one and Atalji Jan Snehi Kendras
When will the competent authority return my money? The Competent Authority can return the money only after the trial for confirmation of interim attachment of properties is completed by the Special Court, money realized from auction of the confirmed properties and Special Court finally approves the claim amounts for the depositors. This process may take time up to June 2021.
Respected Sir/Madam, As per the process "Do we need to have All The supporting documents e-Attested"?. If Yes, then please advice the process for the people who are in other states as how to get this done. Thanks The required documents will be scanned and uploaded in computer by the applicant at the stage of filing the online claim application. Thereafter, the applicant or someone on his behalf can take the original documents to jurisdictional Tahsildar( i.e., the Tahsildar for the Talluk where the residence of the applicant is located) for getting the scanned documents e-attested. For applicants from outside Karnataka, the e-attestation will be done by an officer of the Competent Authority at its office in Bengaluru. Though the online application can be filed up to 24.12.2020 (starting from 25.11.2020) yet the applicants have been given additional time up to 24.02.2021 to get the e-attestation completed.

What is e-attested documents and e-Attestation document number It is like any other attested document but it is scanned and uploaded by the attesting officer. The details of attesting officers will be informed later.

I have no mobile number linked with my adhar no. Can I able to submit claim form out of karnataka ie west bengal? you should go to any Adhaar enrolment center near you and get your mobile linked to your Adhaar number. Thereafter, you can file your claim online.

Dear team, Can we give any bank account for claim or it should be same account which was given to IMA. My bank account was with Vijay Bank and know because of RBI it is merged with Bank of baroda and old account number is changed. Claim: CMS185430, request you to correct the IFSC code in the IMA related details. Correct IFSC code: SBIN0013348 if all ur data matched then dont worry regarding ur change in IFSC code.this is banks internal issue and does not effect ur claim submission process
